How does this work?

Simply put, we deliver take aways, groceries, alcohol, wines and spirits and anything else to your door as well as get top ups for prepayment electric keys and gas cards.  At the moment, we operate via our website or telephone service. Eg if you would like a take away:

1. There are two ways. Either go to our Order now section, write your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, then select type of order, choose from the options Take Away, Groceries, Alcohols, Wines or Spirits and Prepayment Electric key or Gas card or call us to make the order over the phone.

2. Then, choose your payment method (Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Cash-On-Delivery) and then under Order Details, write you order,  and click submit and wait for our call.  We will call you to confirm you order details and give you prices and time estimates for delivery. If you are happy, we take payment via PayPal on the website or we do Cash on delivery for items £5 or less.

How do you charge for deliveries?

We charge for deliveries based on miles radius from our location to you. E.g if you are 1 mile from us, that would be £3 for delivery

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to the areas SE28, SE2, SE18, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA18, DA16, DA17. This covers some of the Bexley borough such as Thamesmead, Abbey Wood, Woolich, Bexleyheath, Erith, Welling, Belvedere. We will be expanding our service area rapidly, so email for the beta and we will let you know when we cover you – wherever in London you are based.

What times do you deliver?

Currently we deliver from:


7pm-midnight on FRIDAY

5pm-midnight on SATURDAY

5pm-11:30pm on SUNDAY

Do you work with McDonald’s, KFC, Nando’s, Burger King, Subway or any other takeaways?

No, we are an independent order and delivery service and have no association with McDonald’s, KFC, Nando’s, Burger King, Subway or any other restaurant outlets.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on your location, but we discuss delivery times with you before we deliver your order to ensure that you are happy with the times that we would get to your home. Our deliver times would never go past 1 hour. However,  at times due to restaurants queues and menu ordered being freshly prepared by the restaurant, this may affect our delivery times. You can be rest assured we will deliver as soon as we pick up (this is mostly within an hour).

Will my food get cold?

We do our best to ensure your food is still hot or at least warm when you receive it. We’ll never deliver a cold meal to you.  We use the latest technology in keeping your meals warm.

How do I cancel an order?

You need to ring us as soon as possible regarding a cancellation of an order. Once we have not made the order, we will refund you

How long does a refund take?

Sometimes it takes about a day or two to have payments in our PayPal account and could take about the same to reflect in yours once your refund is processed.

How do I specify the sides and drinks for my order in terms of take aways?

As we know, there are meal item that comes with sides and drinks, we have a comment box for this. Once you’ve selected your menus and clicked continue, you will find a box asking you to provide any information to the driver regarding your order. You can use this box to provide any information you want the driver to know about your order. This includes asking the driver to provide you with : Ketchups, BBQ Sauce, Peri Peri Sauce, Salted Fries, Diet Coke or even how spicy you want your chicken!

Do I need to show ID to collect alcoholic items or any products requiring age consent?

Yes, you will need to show a valid, photograph ID in order to collect alcoholic drinks or any other product requiring age consent. Failure to do so would result in you not being served.
